The Multi-Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on September 22, 2026, notified regarding the Delivery & Invoices Settlement Schedule for October 2026 expiry contracts.
It has modified the post-payout activities and invoice tracking timelines through ComRIS for Seller/Buyer Members. The buyer shall submit invoice-related details in ComRIS on the Payout Day. The Seller Member shall upload the invoice/related documents by 2:00 PM on Payout +1 day, and the Buyer shall confirm the documents to the Seller through ComRIS by 6:00 PM on Payout +1 day.
For commodities requiring additional documents along with the invoice, the prescribed timelines are extended by 3 working days. Any information submitted after the cut-off time will be treated as submitted on the next working day. The circular also provides the Delivery & Invoices Settlement Schedule for contracts expiring in October 2026, covering pay-in/pay-out timelines, delivery settlement modes and invoice settlement timelines. Members are required to ensure timely availability of tax invoices and supporting documents to buyers.
